postgresql on Win 2000

Hi. I am net to postgresql. I want to run postgresql on win2K. I've allready installed cygwin on my win2K box. Can anyone tell me where i can find information about how to install postgresql on windows? I've allready tried some sites, but of no help. This could preety much be the only site where i am sure that i'll find some help. Please help.

Hmm, that URL seems to be talking about the client only.

FWIW, this only took a few seconds longer to find (go to postgresql.org, search for "cygwin install", follow the first or second likely-looking link into a set of mailing-list exchanges about someone who is having problems installing on Win32 and there you are!)
