Sorry, i don't know.
Actually I've never used postgreSQL under any version of windows. I even can say, i couldn't find windows version about half year ago.
Why don't you use Mysql under win95 instead?

I am using mysql with windows but I would need to use sub selects, triggers and stuff like that which mysql does not support. I was hoping to overcome some of these deficiencies with postgresql.

What are my options ?

i've some doubts about postgresql under win95.
But i have no ideas about solving your problem. Just ugrate your win version or install linux 🙂
