Problem Installing PHP4

I'm trying to install PHP4 and I'm trying to copy the two dll files to the winnt/system32 directory. I was able copy php4isapi.dll but I can't copy msvcrt.dll because it is in use by the system. The one provided by the php4 distribution is a later version than the one currently used by the system. How do I copy/install this newer version?

Just reboot your sytem and boot from MS Dos
boot disk, rename the existing file and copy
the correct file to the correct locatiton.
Remark on winnt with NTFS file system this
can be a problem, if so have a look at
www.sysinternals.com en look for NtfsDOS
