php4 not sending headers?

I just upgraded to version 4, and now my version 3 scripts don't seem to send an http header. I view the resulting html output, and it is all their, even data from a database query, but I get the error message that my script didn't send headers?

I'm using NT 4, IIS 4, PHP4. Did I miss something in my php.ini file? I'm not using the isapi filter, do I still configure my server to run scripts using c:\php\php.exe %s %s ?

I realized that I had put the required php dll's in the wrong place, so I put them in winnt\system32, and now all I get is my scripts just hang on don't do anything. I have no idea what is going on. Note that I couldn't copy the msvcrt.dll into winnt\system32 as another process was using it and I can't shut everything down. I assume the version already there is sufficient, but the installation docs at php.net leave quite a bit to be desired.

Hey, I just realized that Mysql support is build into latest build for win32, and my php.ini file was still trying to load the mysql module, so I took out that line, and it works. I wish the documentation would have told me to do this.
