Freetype with PHP4

Hi,

I want to install the freetype library with PHP4 on a win32 machine.
Do I really need to compile everything or can I download a .dll somewhere (like the GD library)?

Compiling can be a problem since I don't have a compiler (unless I didn't discover it yet).
