I created a account at www.datablocks.net but every thime I try to access my forum's installation page (I want to install a phpBB forum) the page doesn't load and it take's alot and I mean ALOT of time to send me a message if u want to try it go to http://animeor.datablocks.net/cgi-bin/forum/install.php well hope u can answer the following question.
What can I do to install the forum?

The datablocks server turned out to be a doozy. They suddenly pulled the plug on my site.
