Urgent - Help - installation crashed my server

I just installed PHP4 on my Windows 2000 server. As soon as I registered the php4isapi.dll file in my isapi section in the internet services area, my computer froze. I have rebooted and now am completely unable to access my iis panel at all. My web server isn't functioning at all. Does anyone know how to undo what I have done?

This happened to me when I did not place the php.ini file in the proper location. However this was in a beta version of PHP 4. Try copying php.ini to c:\winnt, it may still work.
