PHP as Apache module and CGI at the same time ?

Is it possible to have PHP compile as an Apache module and then compile it again so I can write cgi using php ?
I have already installed php as an apache modul but then I have php script which should be run as cgi.

Any hint ?

We run php3.0.16 as a cgi and php4.0.1pl2 as a module.

I just installed php3 as default (Defaults to a cgi) and php4 as a module.

It works fine, you just have to set it so that different extensions use different versions.
