php4 / apache / PWS

i am using win98 and apache as server.
php4 is working well with apache but with
personal web server it is giving following error.

i am using phpts.exe instead of php.exe
and dlls downloaded from download/swwwing.com
for gd lib.

I´ve got the same problem but on Win98/PWS.
