PHP4 with GD

I've managed to get PHP4 to work with Apache under windows NT, but I am having difficulty getting the gd library to work. I have found a php_gd.dll file, but whenever I load it (through the .ini or with dl()) I get an error about the entry point into php4ts.dll. Has anybody got a solution to my problem?

I have been unable to even find a copy of that dll and have thus far been unable to get php4 to compile. Can you send me a link to where you got that library?
