php4 and AddHandler?

I am trying to get PHP4 which i have as a binary cgi to run as a AddHandler type of thing under A Virtual Host so I can have it just automatically parse anything with .php thru the binary but I can't figure this out, can someone help me?

add following code in your srm.conf

scripthandler /php/php.exe your_php.exe_path/php.exe
addType application/x-php .php
action application/x-php /php/php.exe

I am using FreeBSD not Windows.. What would I need to do in order to get windows to work?

To get windows to work? Ehrm, a lot, i guess. I think you need to recoded and recompile the entire windows kernel so it''s somethingsimmelair to linux, add some fancy stuff and a lot of pr promotions, then ge most large software develop comanies to compile their software for windows only and sell only that as a product...
