PDF install support for PHP

Hi,

I have installed pdflib and recompiled php and apache and I did not receive any errors.

However, when I try and use any of the pdflib functions from php, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pdf_open() in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/php

It seems that php is still not registering the functions.

Does anyone have advice on how to install and test the pdflib to make sure that it is working correctly?

Make sure you have the latest paches installed for pdflib http://www.pdflib.com/pdflib/patches/

I finally figured it out. I followed the directions at the bottom of the pdflib page at www.php.net and it worked fine. The key was altering the ldconf
