Php.exe parameters for reading in browser

Hi all,

I have a problem in that my php won't display correctly in a browser. Someone told me that they had fixed a similar problem by :

Now, is this parameter the one that you find in the key local classes regedit thing or is there something else that does this? And either way, what are these parameters?
