I've d/l the win32 binaries from www.php.net, but I don't know how to use & install the files, what should I do?
Btw, should I install the pws or IIS before using php?

I personally have problems with it cause I ain't any good (like don't know what) IIS and PWS are... (see my message below 🙂 )
