Interbase support under Debian

Hi

I have installed PHP4 from a Debian package (PHP4 4.0.1pl2)

I have installed Interbase Data Base and it is running ok.

How can i activate the Interbase support/module for php4?

There is no confire file to recompile php4.

I have some php.ini file in /etc/php4/apache and /etc/php4/cgi.

I have exactly the same problem. It also happens under WinNT, even the php_interbase.dll module exist I always got an error "Call to undefine function: ibase_connect() ...." ...

Any help would be appreciate. Thanks
