ERROR: Unable to connect to DB-Server localhost

Hi, I have just installed PHP4, Apache in windows NT, I test them they are working fine
Now I add Mysql, to start learning I got a source code of a php/mysql application from somewhere, but when I went to the browser and typed :
localhost:80/index.php4 I got this error :
ERROR: Unable to connect to DB-Server localhost

Please help me, should I add some configuration in apache for mysql,

sufi,
looks like your mysql installation was not complete. try to connect to your
mysql database using any mysql client. If you can, then the mysql installation
is complete, else check for errors on mysql installation.
Apart from that you might need any mysql modules, not sure as I have solaris or
unix boxes on which I run php/mysql.
