Troels Arvin has a nice set of rpm's available for php4. You'll need to install apache from your redhat cd-rom or ftp-site...
Just download the php and mod-php rpms and if you want to use a database such as MySQL also download the php-mysql rpm (you'll need to download mysql seperately from mysql.com).
They work great on my redhat 6.2 box...
If you just need php3 support, redhat has that available on the 6.2 cd-rom. But it has no mysql support compiled in, so you might as well switch to php4.
Make sure to uninstall the redhat php-3.* rpm first. Well, it's all in the install instructions anyway... Test your setup like it suggests!
