CGI error after install

I used to run PHP on my Win2K machine just fine! But yesterday my ASP failed to work.
So I removed en reinstalled IIS and now ASP is running fine!
But I also had te reinstall PHP which I did but instead of working I get an CGI error!

I'm using PHP 4.0.3.pl1 and I installed it manually and using the Windows installer, to no avail.
Can anyone PLEASE help with this, I really need PHP to work for my university projects.

OK it's working now!
But I don't know how. It's just working...
The only problem I know have is getting the following extensions to work:

;extension=php_fdf.dll
;extension=php_gettext.dll
;extension=php_ifx.dll
;extension=php_interbase.dll
;extension=php_mssql65.dll
;extension=php_mssql70.dll
;extension=php_oci8.dll
;extension=php_oracle.dll
;extension=php_sablot.dll
;extension=php_snmp.dll
;extension=php_swf.dll
;extension=php_sybase_ct.dll

(I know I have to remove the ';' in front but is I do I get an error)
