I have zero knowledge on php. Now I want to start it. I have IIS 4.0 web server already. And I use FrontPage 98. I have Microsoft Access.
How can I do this web server to get the php support web server? Do I need any other software for building pages apart from FrontPage? Is MS Access okay or I need MS SQL Server?
I also want to know the relationship between XML and PHP. I have thousands of html pages in my server and I\'d like to have a good file management system using this new technology. I\'d like to keep all those pages in the database and wants to extract when the users ask for it. If there are any URLs which give simple codes for starters, pls mention.
