PHP installation in PWs

Hi,
I installed PHP4 and I'm using PWS4.0.
I moved the php.ini file to windows directory(I'm using Windows 98) and made changes in the registry and enable Execute in PWS.
When I try to invoke a php file,I'm getting an error,"Page cannot be displayed".Can anyone help me out.
I rebooted my computer many times.
Don't know the cause of the error.

i know your pain. i spent this weekend figuring it out. the discussion is whetjer or not one has to put all the dll's (all dll's that php has) into only the windows dir or in both the windows dir as well as the windows/system32 dir. to be safe do both dir's. check registry to see

.php C:\WINDOWS\php4isapi.dll

i use the isapi modules and if i am not mistaken this is how you check it. also go through the installation notes step for step.
and by the way pray & and have hope. mine just started working all of a sudden without me doing any thing new to the system.
