PHP with the GD image library

Where can get PHP compiled with the GD image library for Windows ?

I am not able to use the image functions of php....It says function not found

Download the PHP4.04 from www.php4win.de and uncomment the extension=php_gd.dll in the php.ini file.

I am doing a project in php and i am in require of including image in my project so iwant configure the gd but not able to do so.
i possible please tell me how to configure gd.
