I'm a real newbie to PHP and have been reading up on it. Recently i've read that i can use templates together with php4 by downloading FastTemplate. But upon going to the site:

i realise that the file available for download was in "tar.gz" format. i'm not very apt with windows and i wonder if i could untarr the file in windows?
also, may i also know how i can set it up? i've read the documentation and understand that i must change the "track_vars" which i've already done so, but beyound that, i have no idea what the documentation is talking about.
