Website on a CDR?

what i am working on ->
Are there offline PHP enabled browers?
or has anyone put Apache/PHP and Webpages(with php extensions) so i can promote a site by Cd?

what i was able to figure out so far ->
I was able to find a good site ripper that works. The only problem is that i have to modify some of the PHP stuff so every page is ripped. I am hoping to find other ways of putting a Website, that is all written in php, on a CDR.

If you are a programmer you should know that PHP is a server-sided script language. It has nothing to do with you're borwser. You're browser is only showing the Dynamic Html code FROM the SERVER.
