Apache running on the internet

I am running Apache on Redhat 7, and it works fine on my local host, but how do i get other people to access it from the internet ?

I have an static IP given from my ISP, but i'm in a network behind a router, so every computer receives a dynamic ip. So the problem lies within accessing, one of the local computer through my global ip.

Which settings should i change ?

I've tried to change my ip to a specific ip, which i've been informed that the router is configured to send data to if it recieves a http request.

Please advice.
