Can't run my first script

I am just starting out with PHP and I can't even run a test script. This is what I'm getting:

Warning: Failed opening '/home/bozo/public_html/test.php' for inclusion (include_path='./:/usr/share/php') in Unknown on line 0

My system is as follows:

RHL7
Apache 1.3.14-1
php-4.0.4-1.1
mod_php-4.0.4-1.1

Verify that user nobody and/or group nobody can read "test.php" and that there indeed is a "test.php" file in "/home/bozo/public_html".

Or replace "nobody" with the user that your webserver runs as.

Check the setting for include_patch in the php.ini file. The file included in the script should be either under the document root directory or under the include_path. hy.
