irq is set by the bios in many cases. in your bios you might be able to specify the irq that each pci uses, or you can place the card in a different pci slot for the bios to give it another irq. another trick is to set the bios to non pnp os, set each reserved/used irq to legacy device, and only enable a couple free irqs for pnp. this can force the nic to be on a certain free irq. another thing is to disable every device not used in the bios. are you really using the printer port? thats another irq right there.
imho a d-link card isn't worth the setup effort for a card that should be able to share irqs to begin with. either buy another cheap nic for $10-$20 (linksys is cheap but has drivers for about everything) or if the nic is a critical component for you then buy a decent card (like a 3com 3c905c)
