PHP4TS.DLL

hello:
I would like to ask some help.Please.
I have installed OMNIhttpd server on my PC.
It works well EXCEPT php.
When I ask the php.exe it puts up an alert
that php4ts.dll could not load. ???
But I do have this (984.K😎 and now I have put it whereever I thought PHP would be looking for it.. 1x in Windows 1x in Windows/system 1x in C:\php and even 1x in windows/system32

I just don t know how to make PHP work.
Can someone help or tell me where I could get some help.

Did you try it in the Windows directory and make sure your PHP.INI file is there as well??
