I installed php4 with mysql gd and pspell

./configure --with-mysql with-gd=/usr/local/src/gd-1.8.4 --with-pspell=../pspell-.12 --with-apache=../apache_1.3.6 --enable-track-vars
make
make install
)
but I am not able to use pspell functions
even though I am able to use mysql functions
I use redhat 6.2
