I have installed PHP 4.0 over PWS. I need to Know how to configure the libswf to excecute shockwave flash functions.

You can't...

PWS is Windows stuff, and libswf is available only for Linux... You can abtain a source code and if you are really savvy you might be able to create a .DLL...

By the way libswf works great in Linux. Configuration for that is really easy...

Do this:
1. Get yourself a linux distribution
2. Install it
3. post commend here again

and I'll write how you can get flash library going on you *nix box.

Hi,
I have a linux install, the system i'm using is e-smith server, http://www.e-smith.org . this already has php, apache, mysql installed all the things i need, except I want to be able to use flash/shockwave stuff. The doc's say download libswf, install then configure --with-swf[=DIR], what does this mean? how do i do it? can i reconfigure an already installed system? Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated.
