Just a suggestion, before downloading the 74+Mb PWS (yes, that's not a typo, Serverwatch reports that the latest download is 75 megabytes - download available here: http://serverwatch.internet.com/webserver-mspws.html)... may I suggest checking out BadBlue, a small footprint web server designed to work w/PHP.

The download is about 150K and can be set up to run PHP in very little time.
