Php w/ NT IIS 4.0 CGI Error

I've installed php 4 on a new NT web server with IIS 4. Everything seems to be correct on the settings. However, when I run a php script I get the following error message:
"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:" and it shows nothing. I've gone through the install readme files and I don't see anything that I've overlooked. Any clues?

Try putting php4ts.dll in c:\winnt\system32 - I think I've done that in the past to get it working with IIS.

Dave, I've already done that and I still get the same CGI error. All I'm trying to run is a phpinfo() to check my config.

I managed to resolve this issue on by doing the following:

copy the php4ts.dll to the %windir%/system32 directory
copy any php_{extensions}.dll files you use to the %windir%/system32 directory
copy/move php.ini to the %windir% directory
edit php.ini making sure
a) the extension_dir points to the absolute path of the php extensions directory
b) the doc_root points to the document of the IIS website you are using
