I have installed MySQL PHP4 under Apache on WIN2000 Desktop and Notebook. Both Apache consoles show PHP running. Everything sweet on Desktop. Have used same httpd.conf on Notebook (with correct pathing) BUT I get 'cannot find file messages from the browser when I use .php extension. Htm works fine. Any ideas - I am travelling in two days time and need to demonstrate.
I have some questions 4 u to ans.
U didnt mention here which pc is working... r they both not working? can u describe the modifications u have made to httpd.conf (or email it to me so that we could work on this together...)?
make sure that application/php.... is included in the mime type declaration in your http.conf
