What does this error mean ?
I am installing JSERV with APACHE and have followed all the instructions.. still I am getting this error.
My Setup: Windows 2000 server Apache 1.3 JServ 1.2.2 JSDK 2.0 JDK 1.2.2
What else do I need ?

Sounds like you are trying to make the server do something it can't do. Check the webserver's logs, that may tell you more.
