Can not Install PHP4

Help needed:

From the file php-4.0.4pl1, I can not install PHP 4.0.

How can I install PHP 4.0 on WIN NT 4.0 on IIS web server / PWS

Download a PHP distribution with a good windows installer from the following site:

http://php.weblogs.com/

This program will set up the PHP.INI file with the correct options for your machine.
