I followed "IIS 4.0+ (CGI)" to install PHP 4.05. But when i was trying to run the testing script, my browser shows "
PHP CGI binary (\php) is not executable. Please compile PHP as a CGI executable and try again. "
what doesn't it mean? should i install cgi as well?
