I'm running apache (apache.org) and PHP4.0 (php.org) om W2K and it works like a dream... (not like *nix though)

if you need to validate access against nt user accounts you will need to use iis. iis with php cgi works great, the isapi doesn't seem to work too well, based upon lots of comments I've read.
