Error starting apache + php + mysql

I keep obtaining this error

Invalid argument: shmctl() could not set segment #1

The uid and gid have not been set for Apache in the configuration file yet, we don't know why Apache
exhibits this behaviour on Solaris and not Linux. But, more importantly, we know how to fix it. Simply
move the

            User nobody
            Group nobody

            directive above the AddModule/LoadModule sections in httpd.conf. Weird, huh?
