i decided to make use of my many hours online and offline which i spend at my puter so i decided to learn PhP but, i have no clue at all.

i got php v 4.0.6 and then samber server but i cant get it working right, all i am asking is how to get it working and from there i will work with tutorials. and the second problem is my OS, yes! its Win Me.

Trying to get it to work on Windows ME is not a big problem... but I suggest u get apache... try this guide : http://www.webreview.com/2000/09_29/developers/09_29_00_2.shtml (Installing PHP/Apache on Your Win98/NT Machine)
It's basically the same on ME... However, this guide is not 100% accurate, but it will help you...
after you get it running, there's a good tutorial on http://www.webmonkey.com on PHP and mySQL...
