Can anyone please guide me through setting up my PHP Server - BadBlue, My Win32 PHP -4.0.7, my latest mcrypt Library and Mcrypt Executable, If possible guide me from Step One - Running PHP For the first time.
If You Can Finally Help me solve this age old problem I will Brand You A Hero On All My Web Sites.

Did you go through the easy set of steps at http://badblue.com/helpphps.htm ? That should step you through it and includes some example forms to make sure you're up and running correctly...
