PHP on WINNT help urgent !...........

Hi,
I have installed Apache+PHP+MySql on win NT.
I edited some details like the session.cachelimiter ,etc, in php.ini file which is in C:\winnt40\

when I restarted the apache and viewed the phpinfo(); script the changes that I made were not reflected .

Why is this so ?

did you refresh the page that showed the phpinfo()?

the session cache limiter deals with cache (obviously you know that if you are messing with it) but if you set it to an odd value, it might never send a new page if one exists on the client machine... so basically the fact that the phpinfo() page is wrong, may prove that the changes you made were installed correctly. irony.....
