When compiling PHP 4.0.6 and Gettext-0.10.38 everything seems to be fine. I get no errors and Apache starts up with no errors. When you try to view a web page on the server you get nothing (a blank page). When I remove the --with-gettext line and do the same steps, every thing runs fine and the web pages come up.
Has any one seen this type of problem, or offer any feedback.
