I'm running Apache and php 4.0.4pl1 under windows NT and I want to use the expat functions.
I have downloaded expat_win32bin_1_95_1.zip from
http://www.jclark.com/xml/expat.html
The zip file contains a compiled dll, expat_1_95_1.dll and expat.h
I don't understand the installation instructions. Where does the dll and the .h files need to go, and what other changes do I need to make?
