Alright, on Windows ME I have got Apache and PHP4 working. But now I need to know what needs to be done to configure MySQL to work with them.
As of right now I have downloaded MySQL and ran setup.exe. It is now in it's default directory and, in DOS, I ran the command 'c:\mysql\bin\mysqld' and waited a little bit but just got some error and then I stopped trying. And that's as far as I've gotten. From what I have read, apparently, I do not have to do anything to PHP4 or, well, php.ini at least. I don't know about Apache.
But, could someone explain what needs to be done for me and make it simple too? Please...
