News post help please

All right,

I am new the .php however i am trying to get hold of a script that will allow me to setup a comments to news option.

http://csnation.counter-strike.net is an example of what i want to do. Allowing users to post views on news.

Has anyone got any ideas where i could get hold of a script that is easy to setup and could do this for me?

hmmmmm i don't know that is what i am really looking for - just something that will allow uses to post comments to news... thats all it needs
