Where can I get php_socket.dll?

I have problem using php socket functions like socket() on windows. It also takes me a lot of time trying to build from source bode by enabling -enable-sockets, but finally failed.
So I hope I can have this library, maybe it will solve the problem.
Any one knows it, or has other solution?

goto www.php4win.com the binary has the socket module. I search forever to find it.
