Dynamic library

Hi all,
I am newbie and I met problems when trying to run my first php page. I installed php4.0.6 on my PWS based on Windows ME platform.
When I try to access the php page, then the Internet Explorer display messages like :
"Unable to load dynamic library. "c:\XXXX\XXX\XXXX.dll". One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found."
Can anyone here please tell me what to do?
(I use WindowInstallSheild which downloaded from php.net to setup my PWS and I already configured the php.ini to point to the necessary folder)

have you moved the php4ts.dll to the windows/system directory ? This is one usual error of mine.

I already follow ur instruction but still met the same problem.
the message display inside the page are like this:
"PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\windows\system\php_dbx.dll' - One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. in Unknown on line 0"

the php_dbx.dll is one of the file as i mentioned in the first message.

at first: only the php4ts.dll must be in windows/system independend from the extension you want to activate. The extensions should be in php/extension.

at second: what version of php are you using ?
I recently had a confusing problem. I tried to install the oci8 dll on php406 and whatever I wanted tot to it didn't worked. Then I switched to php405 and it worked directly.
