Win32,MySQL and PHP

I installed MySQL,PHP and Apache for Win32 version, they are running good at my stand-alone home computer(not networked, not a server,with WindowME), but when I write PHP code, the IE browsre could not run it. Would you please tell me what's the problem?

I've already done this configuration, and the thing is you have to tell apache's httpd.conf to use PHP to parse php files.

But imho, the easyest way to use PHP in a windows box for development is to install PWS (it's at Win98 CD, folder ADD-ONS). The only thing you'll have to do after install PHP is click one checkbox (run) when you create a virtual directory.
