Httpd core dump

I configured Apache 1.3 and PHP 4.0.6 on linux 6.2

When I try to start it
apachectl start or
when I run
httpd -t

it dies with a core dump. I had a similar problem two weeks ago.
can You help me to investigate the problem. It's strange as this morning I could run apache but not PHP.

How did you configure? Show up.
If with SSL don't forget include -DEAPI.

--enable-ftp --with-regex=php --with-gnu-ld --with-oci8 \
--with-imap --with-kerberos

-DEAPI is in compiling procedure
