Can't Install php4.04 ,Oracle8i+Apache

I can't Install php4.04(for win32) with Oracle8i+Apache1.3
in WinNT4.0 (SP5). I try to install php4.04 after I install oracle8i Enterprise on NT4 Server and I can't to run php script when apache start have error --->
"loaded DSO c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
module might crash under EAPI (please recompile it with -DEAPI)"
