PHP3 -> PHP4

Dear Reader,

I de-installed PHP3 from my server.. I installed PHP4.. and now when I go to a page with the extension .php .php3 or .php4 it starts downloading it.. I checked the mime.types ... I checked the httpd.conf .. The module is loaded the extensions php3 php php4 are attached to the php4 module so do you guys know what to do?
